1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the dino96 website located at https://dino96.cam and any associated mobile applications, software, and services provided by dino96.
• "We," "Us," "Our," or "dino96" refers to the operator of the Platform and the provider of gaming services.
• "You," "Your," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered in your name on the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You may only register one Account per person. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds.

During registration, you will be required to create a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must immediately notify dino96 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, dino96 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• A recent photograph of yourself holding your identification document (selfie verification)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details)

dino96 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Your Account may be restricted until verification is successfully completed. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if KYC requirements are not met.

4. Account Security and Verification

You are responsible for all transactions conducted through your Account. dino96 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a strong, unique password.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to access or use your Account. Any breach of Account security must be reported to our customer support team immediately at [email protected].

dino96 may suspend or terminate your Account if we detect suspicious activity, multiple failed login attempts, or any indication of Account compromise. We may also temporarily restrict Account access during security investigations or compliance reviews.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit Funds into your Account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified for each payment method and may be updated from time to time.
• Funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• dino96 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
• dino96 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at our sole discretion.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and verified during the KYC process.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours, though verification requirements or high-value transactions may extend this timeframe.
• You may be required to wager deposited Funds at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.3 Currency

dino96 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted to new Users, existing Users meeting certain criteria, or specific promotional periods.

dino96 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus offers, including creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and potential Account termination.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules of each game type. You are responsible for understanding the rules before placing any bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error or where explicitly permitted by game rules.

dino96 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• Obvious errors in odds, prices, or terms displayed on the Platform
• Technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes or bet acceptance
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or manipulation
• Violation of maximum bet limits or other betting restrictions
• Bets placed after the outcome of an event is already known

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting on dino96 covers a wide range of sports including football (soccer), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, and more. Specific rules apply to each sport and bet type. In general:

• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or competition organizer.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided or carried over depending on the specific sport's rules.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to rapidly changing odds and automatic acceptance rules based on event progression.
• Settlement of bandar bola (football betting) and mix parlay (accumulator bets) follows standard industry practices.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot machines on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 7.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate game results.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account to abuse bonuses, promotions, or circumvent restrictions.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all Funds, and potential legal action. dino96 cooperates with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the dino96 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of dino96 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use automated systems or scripts to extract data from the Platform
• Use the dino96 brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dino96 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Funds, winnings, or profits
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain security
• Third-party actions or omissions, including payment provider delays
• Errors in odds, game results, or bet settlement (subject to correction)
• Changes to these Terms, Services, or bonus terms

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. dino96 does not guarantee winnings and cannot be held responsible for your gambling losses. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining Funds (excluding bonus Funds) will be returned to you following completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. You remain responsible for all activity on your Account up until the closure date.

11.2 Termination by dino96

dino96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Your jurisdiction prohibits online gambling and you access the Platform in violation of local laws
• We determine that continuing your Account poses a risk to dino96, other Users, or our business operations

Upon termination, all bonus Funds and pending promotions will be forfeited. Any remaining real Funds balance may be withheld pending investigation if fraud or Terms violations are suspected. dino96's decision regarding Account termination is final and not subject to appeal.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute, claim, or complaint regarding your Account, a transaction, or the Services, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint including your Account details, a detailed description of the issue, supporting documentation, and your proposed resolution. All disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the jurisdiction where dino96 is licensed and regulated. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dino96 is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the aforementioned jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform. However, dino96 retains the right to bring legal proceedings against you in the jurisdiction where you reside.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
